Shipping Policy

Each House of Malik piece is handcrafted once your order is placed, so please allow a short making window before dispatch.

Making time

Please allow 3–4 days for making after your order is placed and payment is confirmed.

Domestic delivery: 7–10 business days.
International delivery: 15–20 business days, shipped Delivery Duty Unpaid — any duties or taxes applicable are paid by you.

Need it sooner? Reach out with your order number and required delivery date to request express shipping at an additional charge.

Exchanges are accepted within 15 days. The exchanged product is delivered within 3 days of approval.

We are unable to accept returns or exchanges on international orders due to customs restrictions and sustainability considerations.
